1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the jl15 online gaming platform, including all websites, mobile applications, services, games, promotions, and content offered by or through jl15.cam. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jl15 account credentials, including your username, password, PIN codes, and any two-factor authentication methods. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used for other online services;
• Never share your login credentials with third parties;
• Immediately notify jl15 of any unauthorized access or security breach;
• Log out from your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices;
• Enable two-factor authentication when available for enhanced security.

jl15 shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorized transactions resulting from your failure to safeguard account credentials. All activities conducted through your account are presumed to be authorized by you unless you promptly notify us of unauthorized access.

3.3 Verification and KYC Compliance

As part of our regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, jl15 may require you to complete identity verification procedures known as "Know Your Customer" (KYC). This process may require submission of government-issued identification documents (such as Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), and proof of payment method ownership.

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in account restrictions, including but not limited to: suspension of deposit privileges, limitation of withdrawal processing, temporary account freeze, or permanent account closure. jl15 reserves the right to withhold funds until satisfactory verification is completed.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

jl15 accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers, and other locally available payment services. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. jl15 does not charge deposit fees, though third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits are typically credited to your account instantaneously or within minutes depending on the payment method. 4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

8. Limitation of Liability

jl15 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will operate uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or virus-free. Technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or system failures are possible and jl15 shall not be liable for resulting losses.

In no event shall jl15's total aggregate liability exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination and Account Closure

jl15 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, prohibited activities, providing false information, or engaging in conduct detrimental to the Platform or other users.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform immediately ceases. jl15 may withhold account balances pending investigation of suspected violations. If termination results from your breach, you forfeit all funds, bonuses, and winnings. If termination occurs without breach, remaining genuine balance will be returned subject to verification procedures.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requires withdrawal or forfeiture of remaining balance and completion of applicable wagering requirements.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt resolution through jl15's customer support system. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication. If internal resolution fails, disputes may be escalated to mediation or arbitration as mutually agreed.

11. Miscellaneous Provisions

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver: Failure by jl15 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your account or these Terms without our written consent. jl15 may assign these Terms to any affiliate or successor without restriction.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with incorporated policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and jl15 regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
